Each year, BAUER holds an internal meeting with 500+ employees and retailers from around the world to celebrate the accomplishments and success of the recent year, and to share new and exciting marketing campaigns and products for the upcoming year. The 2022 event took place in Las Vegas, NV and was extra special because it was the first time in two years that everyone was able to get together in person after being virtual. As the lead Art Director for the event, I was tasked with creating the event’s concept and visual identity, which was inspired by the bright neon city lights, representing excitement, energy, positivity, and celebration. I created the event logo, style guide, marketing materials, and event graphics.
